Sometimes the tensions that accompany daily living can hold us back from managing our daily lives effectively. The Child Study Team has information regarding counseling services that are available in the community.

The Child Study Team maintains lists of resources for services concerning stress, alcohol, and substance abuse, child abuse/neglect and relationships, as well as medical issues. Call Mr. Ferullo (201-422-6134) for more information.
The guidance department strives to implement the smooth interaction between student, teacher and parent. Students are assisted in evaluating aptitudes and abilities through the interpretation of individualized test scores and other pertinent data. Student progress is monitored to insure meeting promotion, graduation and college entrance requirements. Students are encouraged to utilize available resources. Parents are encouraged to contact the Guidance Department concerning questions about their child's academic progress, course selections, career choice and/or requirements. Students will retain the same guidance counselor from grade 7 through 12.
